Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

Annie Sloan Chalk Paint® Products: You can expect your Annie Sloan items to be shipped within 24 hours of purchase via USPS Priority mail during normal business days upon payment approval. During holidays, items may take up to 7 days to be fully processed and shipped. If your incorrect address is given, we are not responsible. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 
We pack our products in cardboard boxes with bubble wrap and metal paint can clips and insure orders totaling $50 or more. 

All other items: You can expect your purchase to be shipped within 3 business days of purchase via USPS Priority mail during normal business days upon payment approval. During holidays, items may take up to 7 days to be fully processed and shipped. If your incorrect address is given, we are not responsible. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
*If you are ordering a custom piece or an out-of-stock item your order could take up to 3 weeks. Please feel free to use our Contact Us page for clarification.

Returns:
For online purchases through BagladyBoutique.com, we will exchange or issue store credit for any full-price item within 21 days meeting the following criteria:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, unaltered, & smoke-free
  • Item must have original tags
  • Item must have been purchased for full price as all SALE/SEASONAL items purchased are final sales
  • Item must have receipt and be returned at buyer's expense within 21 days of purchase date on receipt
  • Shoes must be returned in their original box. Please place in another box to return
  • We do not accept returns on jewelry or Annie Sloan Chalk Paint®
  • Shipping expenses are not returned nor are return shipping costs reimbursed

Damages:
Items received as damaged need to be turned in within 3 days of receiving. No exception.

 

To return, please email us with your reason for return and we will issue you a RMA # and return instructions.

Once return(s) are received, we will email you with a balance and apply towards your online account.

 

NOTE: All sale items, personalized products, and jewelry are FINAL SALE. No returns or exchanges. Please do not attempt to return items that do not meet the above criteria as it will be mailed back to you at your expense.
